Partners in Human Growth since 1974

Support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

We're a nonprofit human services agency. Our residential, vocational, and community access services help people live, work, and belong in their community, with support built around each person.

We support people, not construction projects.

Development Homes is a 501(c)(3) disability services nonprofit, not a home builder or real estate company. The "homes" in our name are the homes where the people we support live, with our staff there every day.

  • Residential support
  • Vocational & employment
  • Community access
